Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring free, essential dental care to the remote island communities of the Caribbean — places where professional oral health services are scarce, difficult to access, or entirely unavailable. As physicians and dentists, we believe that health is a basic human right, not a privilege.

Together with a team of volunteer dental professionals, our goal is to operate a mobile dental clinic built aboard a sailing catamaran, enabling us to reach small, isolated islands that traditional healthcare systems rarely, if ever, serve.

Untreated dental pain, infections, and oral diseases significantly impact daily life: they reduce quality of life, impair nutrition, and limit the ability to work. According to the World Health Organization, more than 3.5 billion people worldwide suffer from untreated oral conditions — making dental disease one of the most widespread yet most neglected global health challenges.

We aim to change that — by going to them. Every member of our medical and dental team works pro bono, dedicating time, expertise, and compassion to those who need it most. Our sailing platform is more than just a vessel; it is a bridge connecting care to communities beyond the reach of conventional health systems.

Our goal is simple: to bring relief, restore dignity, and create lasting positive impact — one island, one patient, one smile at a time.
